History

Smith And Sons Heating/Air, LLC was established in May of 2013 by Joe Smith and Jamie Smith of Dresden,  Tennessee.  This father and son team have worked together all of their lives.  They farmed together until 2003 and other public jobs until beginning school at Tennessee College of Applied Technology at McKenzie in May of 2012 to study HVAC. They graduated in May of 2014. James,  the son of Jamie,  joined the team in 2014 as an apprentice at the age of 15. He took night classes and co-oped his junior and senior year in high school.  James competed in the Skills USA competition at the state levels both years and placed first bringing home gold medals which allowed him to compete at the national level.  He competed against other HVAC students from around the national from other states and placed 4th in the nation both years.  James is employed full time as a tech with Smith And Sons Heating/Air, LLC.  Deena is the finance manager and secretary.  She takes care of all of the applications for financing and warranties the units.  Deena is the wife of Jamie.  They have been married since 1994. Joe's wife,  Debra Jean,  helps when she is needed.  She goes on service calls and helps with filing some of the paperwork also. They have been married since 2016.
